Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Free Shipping : We offer free Pre-Booking shipping on all orders.
Once a customer places an order for FrootD, we send notifications via WhatsApp, email and App notifications indicating the dates on which the 12 drinks will be delivered to their doorstep by our company employees, not through any third-party delivery service.
TIME FOR DELIVERY
FrootD’s will be delivered in 1 day on the notified dates.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Once a customer places an order for FrootD, we send WhatsApp, App and email notifications of the delivery dates.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Delivery outside of Bangalore is restricted.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If the company delays delivery for any reason, the newly prepared product will be delivered on a different day chosen by the company. If the customer delays delivery for any reason, the company will not provide a newly prepared product and no refund will be issued.
REFUND SECTION
During the subscription period, in subscription page of Application(IOS and Android) we provide option to pause for any particular period of time, where 50% of the paused period amount will be refunded because we include Phase I, Phase II, Phase III in subscription fees.
