Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order/service subscription with us. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your order at any time from the date of purchase for a full refund before the product is shipped other than subscription products.
  2. Subscription Cancellation:

    • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support.
    • To cancel your subscription, please take note of the following guidelines based on your subscription type. For FrootD monthly subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least one week before the start of the next month. If cancellation notice is not provided within this timeframe, the upcoming month’s subscription will be charged and is non-refundable. For customers with quarterly, semi-annual, or annual FrootD subscriptions, cancellations should also be made at least one week before the start of the next month. In these cases, the subscription fee will be prorated to cover only the period up until the present month of use, if not notified next month subscription fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded. For non-FrootD monthly subscriptions, cancellations made one week before the start of the next month will prevent further charges from being applied.
    • No refunds are provided for the remaining period of the current subscription cycle. Customers will receive the product for the entire paid month.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 30 days of receiving your cancellation request and confirmed by our customer care.
    • Please note that refunds may take longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
